In-depth review of ongoing and planned harmonisation projects; benchmarking regional and national legislation against best international practice including EU directives; identifying regulatory gaps, barriers and targets; developing and implementing a methodology to assess regulatory coherence per country and region; formulating continental strategies and action plans; mobilising regulatory authorities, RE and energy efficiency centres, power pools, AfDB, EIB, IRENA and the Energy Community; and proposing an AUC structure to support implementation.
