Our commitments
Themes that run across every country AESG works in, rather than sitting in one service line.
Gender inclusivityCarried through all policy and strategy work — from baseline data on women entrepreneurs in Rwanda's clean cooking market to mini-grid coaching that prioritised women consultants.
Capacity buildingA deliverable in its own right on most assignments, not a by-product — coaching, training and capacity-building plans for national institutions.
Climate change mainstreamingNDC roadmaps, national communications and reports to the UNFCCC, and climate measures built into sector strategic plans.
