Quantitative load measurement at 10 selected commercial and industrial sites including factories, using a Fluke 1730 three-phase electrical energy logger; verification of site electrical system configuration; and interpretation of the resulting data as the basis for developing renewable energy (e.g. photovoltaic) supply projects for each site. Deliverables: inception report, single-line diagrams for supply and demand, load measurement data, and analysis reports.
