Three components: data collection and market research (including baseline data on female entrepreneurs in the stove business); capacity building (skills assessment, training, partnership formation, coordination with EnDev, SNV and MECS); and market development (RBF compliance support, cooking demonstrations, market segmentation, monitoring and evaluation, linking marketing groups to customer groups through EDCL provincial representatives).

Programme context: contributing to Rwanda's SDG7 universal access target, reducing household reliance on wood and biomass from 83% to 42%, and bringing clean cooking solutions to 500,000 households by 2026.

the 2025 profile says Jan 2020 – Dec 2023. Two independent sources agree against one — use Feb 2022 – Feb 2024, but confirm.
