Improving private sector access to NDC implementation funding, against the outcome indicator that 12 of 30 trained MSMEs submit climate project financing applications to financial intermediaries. Four work packages: technical assistance to financial intermediaries; high-profile trainers for the Rwanda Green Fund's Young Professional Program in Climate Finance; venture-building support to SMEs for bankable business models, with an explicit focus on women and young entrepreneurs; and outreach, including a brochure on "Access to Climate Finance for MSMEs in Rwanda".
