AESG, alongside Mr. Clifford J. Aron and Vivien Foster from the World Bank Group, provided team leadership in validating the RISE (Readiness to Invest in Sustainable Energy) report. The project involved updating the report to reflect present-day policies and regulations in Eritrea and Rwanda, collecting data on the power sector, assessing regulations for sustainable energy, and translating data into national indicator scores.

Updated and validated the RISE report; collected essential data on power sector policies and regulations; provided insights into sustainable energy regulations and investment facilitation.
