AESG collaborated with KPMG under the Rwanda Skills for Growth (PSG) Program Evaluation. The initiative, supported by the World Bank, aimed to enhance skills development, employment promotion strategies, and human capital development in Rwanda.

Conduct a detailed evaluation of staff skilling needs for 23 targeted PSG programs. Ensure the provision of quality training programs with market relevance. Assessed Disbursement Linked Result (DLR) 9.2 and 9.3 related to staff recruitment and development plans.
