AESG, under the leadership of Mr. Marc Buchmann, conducted a consultancy for the EU Commission to provide an overview of Rwanda’s energy sector. This involved diagnostic, identification, and formulation phases to develop interventions for the 11th EDF EU energy programme in Rwanda.
