The task required to undertake a regulatory review of the electricity sector of Africa: Towards Crowding-in Private Sector Investment. In particular, the assignment needed to look into three key areas namely;1. Openness; Regulatory Review of the Electricity Sector of Africa: Towards Crowding-in Private Sector Investment with focus on; Energy strategy, Market framework, Market governance, and Investment regulation2. Attractiveness; Assessing the legislation and regulations that ensure a fair and competitive environment as well as a sound business case to investors with focus on; Incentives, Tariff structures and Routes to market3.  Readiness: Assessing the technical regulations to ensure efficient integration and management of electricity infrastructure in national power systems with focus on; Network development, System operations regulation, and Grid connection regulation 
Independent verification of the curricula for the new or updated courses under the Rwanda Priority Skills for Growth (PSG) Program-For-Results Project. The assignment required the following;1. Coordinate collection and detailed analysis of project information including curriculum development and accreditation documentation for the 35 (35) Programs under, energy (electricity), manufacturing, transport and Logistics, Agro-processing and animal health sectors covering both the University, Polytechnic and TVET schools’ levels in the country.2.       Offer key and hands on technical advice to the team on curriculum development matters for the fifteen (15) Programs;3.       Provide input on key engagement tasks;4.       Participate in key engagement meetings with stakeholders; andContribute to subject matter information in the required client deliverables.
