| AESG carried out defining the content of possible cooperation (through the new NIP and programs pre-identification) with Eritrea in the energy sector and especially in the areas of access to energy, renewable energy development and Energy Efficiency; A draft of the energy part of the National Indicative Programme (NIP); Deliverables included; A report supporting the proposed energy part of the NIP with a project pipeline with pre-identification fiches in order of priority and relevance to the nature of sustainable development and an interest in improving access to energy and sustainable development. Detailed analysis of the priorities of programs and projects to be implemented in the NIP with an estimate of financial need for each project. |
